Navigate to the ‘Hunt Groups’ tab.
All your current hunt groups are listed. Use the search feature to quickly find the hunt group that you want to edit. Select the number of rows you want to see on the screen. To edit Hunt Groups:
- Click a pen to edit the hunt group’s name and hunt sequence
or
- Click the ‘enter’ icon to add or remove extensions, edit ring order, and durations
- Edit the hunt groups name
- Select a hunt sequence from the drop-down list
- Click submit to save your changes
- Click ‘ADD EXTENSION’ to add an extension to the hunt group
- Select one of the available extensions from the drop-down, and click submit to save
- Select ‘INCLUDED EXTENSIONS’ and either the pen to edit ring duration, or the bin to remove the extension
- Select ‘HUNT ORDER’ to change the hunt groups’ ring order
- Select ‘HUNT ORDER’ to change the hunt groups’ ring order
- Click and drag to change the hunt sequence
- Click ‘SAVE ORDER’ to save the settings
