Navigate to the ‘Abbreviated Dialing’ tab.
All your current speed dials are listed. Use the search feature to quickly find the number that you want to edit. Select the number of rows you want to see on the screen. To add abbreviated numbers:
1. Click ‘add’ to open the pop-up window. Enter the new abbreviated number, the number to be dialled, and a description. Submit to save your configuration
Your abbreviated number setup is now completed and saved.
