Navigate to the ‘Allocate and edit DID destinations’ tab.
All your current DIDs and their destinations are listed. Use the search feature to quickly find what you want to edit. Select the number of rows you want to see on the screen. To re-assign DIDs:
1. Click a pen to open the DID’s edit window
1. Use the drop down to list all the available destinations for the DID. Select one and press ‘submit’ to save your selection
Your selected DID’s destination has now been set up and saved.
